Ingredients:
2/3 c egg whites
1 c almond milk
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
2/3 c dry oatmeal
1/4 c flour
1 Tbsp cinnamon
"dash" of vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
2. Cook like normal pancakes
3. Eat
4. Top with peanut butter, greek yogurt, honey, whatever you wish
